The Alabama Licensed Childcare Association was created in response to the growing need for a dedicated organization that truly understands and supports licensed providers. Licensed centers face unique challenges, including stringent regulatory requirements, compliance demands, and the need for sustainable business practices. ALCCA was formed to ensure that licensed providers have a strong, unified voice and to foster collaboration among providers to promote sustainability. Further, ALCCA was formed to help streamline and improve communication between providers and regulatory agencies.
First, we are providers supporting providers. Secondly, we understand that there are many incredible groups in our state, but none support licensed providers in the unique challenges and demands we face. ALCCA provides a unified voice and unique support group for licensed providers to receive assistance and strengthen their businesses.
Membership is open to all licensed childcare providers, including center owners, directors, and administrators, as well as individuals committed to supporting high-quality early childhood education in Alabama.
Members receive exclusive benefits including access to training from leading ECE experts, monthly support calls, technical assistance, and exclusive member discounts from some of the top ECE vendors.
